Welcome to the future!

In this New York magazine article - we get a sneak peek of the big apple of the future. Seems green space and big shiny buildings are on the horizon. Experts predict that Harlem will finally become the uptown residential neighborhood it could have been 80 years ago, Brooklyn will build up, the town will begin to connect in more ways the east to the west, and Staten island will turn from a trash dump to an outdoor funland, California style.

NYC is expecting an influx of approximately 1 million people over the next decade... that adds up quick when you factor in the necessary transportation, housing, jobs and infrastructure for those big city immigrants. Let's see how much of this development Donald Trump manages to get his hands on... it could very well end up Trumpland vs. Tomorrowland.
