Little boy with 3 arms faces surgery.

This 2 month old boy, Jie-jie, in Shanghai China was born with 2 left arms. He is facing surgery to correct or improve his situation - but what kind of surgery? This is one of the most remarkable pictures I've ever seen. It's amazing that they both are so fully developed. This is really a conundrum. Each arm seems to have something the other one doesn't. The poor boy might be better off being fitted with a robotic prosthetic instead. They can do amazing things these days. Regardless I wish the little guy the best of luck - he certainly is a cutie.
