Farewell til fall Katie - I'll miss ya in the morning.

My morning routine is now seriously in danger of meltdown - for I need a routine to survive. Mornings are evil because they mean impending work, but Katie Couric made it all okay. Her perennial perkiness was just the irritant needed to make me get out of bed and get to work quickly to escape before the first 30 "hard news" minutes were over. I have a low tolerance for talking news heads - so it will be tough to find such a personable and palatable replacement for my morning motivation. Bummer.

Anyways, thanks for the memories and good luck on the late shift KC!
